New contract page
Merging two very different talent contract flows — OC and PL — into a single page where users pick the path that fits their need.

The contract system is run by the ARTE team, where I was assigned to redesign the new contracts page. Actors and actresses at Globo are called “talents”, and their contracts fall into two main categories: OC and PL.
The old versions
The PL version had last been updated nearly ten years earlier, so it was not only dated but also didn't reflect the new hiring parameters.
Research and exploration
We interviewed users to understand what worked and what didn't. Since we intended to merge both paths, we had to be very aware of which aspects were common to each contract type — and we discovered users wanted the “contract kick-off” to be identical for both.

Usability test participant
From that feedback we went back to the findings and proposed a new approach. After a few tests and tweaks, the resulting layout was very well received.
