Product Designer — Valoration and ARTE (contracts) teams
Globo is the largest media company in Brazil, with over 59 years of history. It spans a huge array of channels present in Brazil and around the world, and runs the biggest news portal in Latin America.
Although assigned to the valoration team, my biggest contribution was to the ARTE team, since they had no designer at the time. My focus was understanding our internal users' needs in order to improve new and legacy systems inside JCorp — a “second plane” structure that runs behind the programmes shown on screen.
We were a team of four, not assigned to a specific area — all of us contributed at different moments to different projects.
