Product Designer — Monitoring team
Digibee is an integration platform in the iPaaS segment. These platforms connect legacy and on-premise systems to cloud-based microservices. Digibee's differentiator is an all-in-one system providing every service required to establish and secure a well-rounded integration, where competitors scatter similar services across several third-party platforms.
I was the product designer responsible for the monitoring team. My focus was understanding the tool's complexity and potential, and providing the best possible experience through constant research and testing — observing users closely to respond accurately to their needs and relieve their pain points.
The monitoring section shows data about an integration's health and performance. Once a pipeline is deployed it appears in Monitor, and from there users watch how it performs and act when an error shows up.
Because Monitor had been designed by developers, it excelled at performance but fell short on usability — that gap defined most of my work there.
